Terms of Sale (Public Offer) — Erawadee Online Store

This document is a public offer by EraGreen Co., LTD., 102/35 Moo 1, Na Jomtien, Sattahip, Chon Buri 20150, Kingdom of Thailand ("Seller"), to conclude a distance retail sale contract with any capable person ("Buyer") on the terms below.

1. General

Store — Erawadee at https://erawadee.com and https://erawadee.ru. Goods — herbal products, cosmetics, and related items listed on the Site. Order — Buyer's request formed via the Site checkout.

2. Formation of contract

Information on the Site is an invitation to offer. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the Order (e-mail or account notification). The Seller may decline an Order if goods are unavailable, price or description errors occurred, or payment failed.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site unless stated otherwise. Shipping and duties (if any) are shown at checkout. Payment methods are listed on the Payment page. Title passes according to applicable law and delivery terms of the chosen carrier.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, time frames, and costs are described on the Shipping page. Risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Returns and quality

Buyer may refuse goods of proper quality within the period and under the conditions of applicable consumer law and our return policy stated on the Site. Claims for defective goods must be reported promptly with photos and order number to hello@erawadee.com.

6. Personal data

By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to processing of personal data under the Privacy Policy for order fulfilment and communication.

7. Liability

The Seller is liable within limits set by mandatory consumer protection rules. Force majeure releases parties from performance for the duration of the event.

8. Final provisions

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved — in courts or bodies competent under applicable law. The Seller may update this Offer by publishing a new version on the Site.
