Erawadee Global Delivery
Erawadee ships its products worldwide. There is no minimum order amount.
All orders are sent directly from Thailand or from our Russian warehouse to the address you provide. Every parcel is assigned a tracking number, which you can use to follow its movement in your Erawadee account, on your national postal service website, or via international tracking services. Tracking the order is the recipient’s responsibility. Please check the delivery status by tracking number regularly.
For most countries the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the parcel weight and destination region.

Customs rules
Please note the duty-free import limits in force in your country. Most countries have such limits, but the amount differs:
- Russia — up to €200
- EU countries — usually up to €22
- In other countries the limits are set individually
If the value of your order together with shipping exceeds the set limit, customs duty may be charged in accordance with the laws of your country. We cannot influence the decisions of the customs authorities.
Important information
If you decline customs clearance, refuse to pay the duty, or the parcel is not released by customs, the cost of delivery and goods is not refunded.
If the customs authorities of your country do not permit the import of the goods under local rules and laws, no refund is issued either.
Shipping methods
Shipping from Thailand
Intl Letter-Air (airmail) — Russian Post
Delivery time to Russia: 20–30 days.
Advantages:
- no customs declaration required
- the parcel arrives at the nearest post office for the postal code you provide
Please note: Some products with a large volume of liquid (e.g. noni juice, shampoos, hair masks, coconut oil) cannot be sent this way. In that case you must choose another available shipping option.

Courier delivery (Light Logistics)
Delivery time: 15–30 days, in rare cases up to 45 days. Dispatch from Thailand usually takes place 3–4 times a month. This time frame includes the wait before dispatch and transport to the recipient’s address.
The parcel is delivered to the door at the address you provide. In some localities where Light Logistics does not operate, the parcel may be handed over to another courier or express-mail service.
IMPORTANT: after the order is dispatched, the buyer receives a letter from Light Logistics asking to fill in the details for customs clearance of the international shipment. Customs clearance is mandatory for international courier shipments (it does not apply to Russian Post). You must provide the recipient’s passport details; in some cases a copy of the passport and a tax ID (INN) may be required. This requirement is established by Order No. 1060 of the Federal Customs Service of Russia dated 05.07.2018. Filling in the details is mandatory. By choosing this shipping method, you agree to the customs clearance terms. If you refuse to provide the details, no refund is issued.
