Erawadee Global Delivery
Erawadee ships its products worldwide. There is no minimum order amount.
All orders are sent directly from Thailand or from our Russian warehouse to the address you provide. Every parcel is assigned a tracking number, which you can use to follow its movement in your Erawadee account, on your national postal service website, or via international tracking services. Tracking the order is the recipient’s responsibility. Please check the delivery status by tracking number regularly.
For most countries the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the parcel weight and destination region.

Shipping from Thailand
Orders leave our warehouse in Thailand and travel with Aramex.
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the weight of the parcel and the destination. The greater of the two weights is charged: actual, or volumetric (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000).
Every shipment is insured for its value up to 2,000 THB. Extended cover is available on request.
Import duties and taxes
The price of the order and the shipping does not include import duties and taxes. If the customs service of your country charges them on import, they are paid by the recipient. The amount and the procedure are set by the customs service of the destination country.
If the recipient declines customs clearance, or customs does not release the shipment, the cost of delivery is not refunded.
Important information
If you decline customs clearance, refuse to pay the duty, or the parcel is not released by customs, the cost of delivery and goods is not refunded.
If the customs authorities of your country do not permit the import of the goods under local rules and laws, no refund is issued either.
